What do I do if my order is incorrect?

If your order arrives with an error, notify us, preferably by email, at info@paperhouseonline.com. You may also call us at 901-496-4952. Explain what is wrong with your order and please include your order number for reference. We will take care of your problem promptly.

How long will it take to get my order?

We offer three printing options to meet your needs: STANDARD 7 BUSINESS DAY PRINTING, and two rush printing options (3 BUSINESS DAY RUSH and 2 BUSINESS DAY RUSH) when you need your order to be pushed “to the front of the line” for printing purposes.

1. STANDARD 7 BUSINESS DAY RUSH PRINTING: Requires 7 BUSINESS DAYS in-house for printing PLUS STANDARD UPS GROUND shipping time (we cannot guarantee UPS shipping time).
2. 3 BUSINESS DAY RUSH PRINTING: Order printed and ready to ship 3 BUSINESS DAYS after you place your order. Adds $20 to cost of STANDARD PRINTING.
3. 2 BUSINESS DAY RUSH PRINTING: Order printed and ready to ship 2 BUSINESS DAYS after you place your order. Adds $40 flat fee to cost of STANDARD PRINTING.

RUSH PRINTING OPTIONS DO NOT EFFECT UPS SHIP TIMES – THESE RUSH OPTIONS ARE MERELY A MEANS OF GETTING YOUR ORDER PRINTED FASTER! All products are shipped from our printer in Dallas, Texas via UPS.
To help determine approximate UPS GROUND shipping time and whether or not you may need to choose the RUSH printing option and/or expedite shipping, you may refer to the estimated UPS shipping chart to calculate ESTIMATED UPS GROUND shipping time. Please remember that UPS does not deliver on Saturday.

Presently we do not offer an expedited shipping option on the online order form automatically, however, you may request expedited shipping if necessary. When expedited shipping is requested, the additional charge incurred will appear as a separate charge on your credit card statement. We will charge you exactly what we are charged for expedited shipping. If you would like the shipping to be expedited IN ADDITION to choosing a RUSH PRINTING option, please make a note of this in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box toward the end of the online order form. (For example, in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box at the very end of the online order form, type: I MUST HAVE THIS ORDER IN HAND BY XXXXXXXXX. PLEASE SHIP IN WHATEVER MANNER IS REQUIRED FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER BY THIS DATE. I UNDERSTAND THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING.)

Orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will be considered the next day’s orders. Business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays. The following holidays are observed by Paper House Online and will NOT count as business days for printing purposes, nor will packages ship on these days: New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday following Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. All orders shipped UPS GROUND are delivered on weekdays only. Production times during peak holiday periods may vary.

I really don't need 100 cups - is there any way that I can get a smaller amount? Or could I get 100 cups with 5 different monograms?

No, unfortunately we cannot print anything less than 100 cups with identical text. The minimum order amount is set by our printer and is not negotiable! (The Paper Dolls hate to be told "no", too, so we understand your disappointment - but there really is nothing we can do about this!)

My husband’s company has a logo, may I put this on a cup?

Sure, why not?! We will gladly print customer supplied art or logos on our products. CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ARTWORK/LOGO: We are able to print customer supplied art or logos on our products. Artwork or logo needs to be CAMERA READY and sent as a vector image in either an ai, eps or pdf file. Send the file via email to info@paperhouseonline.com after you place your order so that you have an order number for our reference. Please put the words "Paper House Online", followed by your order number and then a SHORT description of your artwork on the reference line of this email (for example, Paper House Online Order No. 02100605423, Tri-County Homes - Monsters with House). Note that we can print in one color only. There is a $60.00 ONE TIME charge to set up the artwork/logo. After this, your artwork/logo is kept on file and may be used later on any of our online products at no additional charge. In SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS, please put a note saying: camera ready artwork or logo is being emailed.

Can I put a photo of the BIRTHDAY GIRL or BOY on the cup (of maybe even FIDO)?

We CAN print photos on cups, however, THEY MUST SUBMITTED TO US IN BLACK AND WHITE AND HAVE ENOUGH CONTRAST TO SHOW UP. In order to determine what your photo would look like on a cup, we suggest that you make a black and white photocopy of the photograph you wish to print on the cup. The photograph will look almost identical to the photocopy when it is printed on the cup. If you are unhappy with the way the photograph looks when photocopied, we suggest that you not use that particular photograph! Either choose another photo, or use text copy only.

Photographs are considered CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ARTWORK. There is a $60.00 ONE TIME charge to set up the artwork/photo. After this, your artwork/photo is kept on file and may be used later on any of our online products at no additional charge. I want to send a gift to a couple, any ideas for personalization to include them both?

A monogram with her first initial on the left, his first initial on the right and their last initial in the center is nice. A large initial in the center with her name spelled out to the left and his to the right is also a good idea. You may also spell out the family name, but remember, no apostrophes (you’re not showing possession) and for names ending in s, x, z, ch, and sh you must add an “es.” When names end in o or y simply add an “s”. Some people prefer to include the word “Family” instead of adding the awkward “es.”
